some weight reduction tips

1. Reduce your sugar intake in tea, coffee and soft drinks. Sometimes we tend to take too much to sugar just by taking in too many cups of tea. 
2. Reduce intake of bread, roti and rice. Replace it by taking more quantities of vegetable and dal. 
3. Avoid late night eating or dinners. Try to finish dinner at least 2 hours before you go to bed.
4. Take a short walk before you sleep.
5. Eat slowly and try to stop for 5 minutes before your second helping. The brain takes time to understand that the stomach is full. This leads to overeating.
